My Engagement - 3 November 2007

Alhamdullilah my engagement went thru smoothly with all the happy faces and smiles all the way. Now I am officially engaged to Muhamad Akbar bin Melan. Woke up early that day since I was so excited of the day..nak kata berdebar takder la but cam excited sgt..hehe..At around 1.30pm, me and Ayu headed to A to Z Bridal Gallery for my make up session..Mak andam tuh did a good job of turning me into a beautiful princess although 'he' or should I refer to as 'she' seemed to be pissed off by me and Ayu..Bukan apa, we only requested her to change the lip colour from melon to pink since it suited best with my purple dress..Jadi tension plak minah tuh..huhu..tak kisah la janji she finally changed it and I am truely satisfied with the way I look on that day..Akbar's family came at about 4.30pm after Asar..After the discussion on the marriage and the exchange of dulang (9 dulang frm me and 7 dulang frm him), the engagement ring was given to me by his mom..Then acara suap gula begins..punya la banyak his relatives and mine yg nak suap gula..sampai dah tak larat nak telan gula tuh..hehe..Akbar came when everyone dok bz pekena nasik beryani..Glad that his uncles and aunties mmg enjoyed the food...All good comments from his side..alhamdullilah...Hopefully next year kenduri pun everything will come in order..Special thanks to my 'Best Friend Forever', Ayu for being there with me all the way through out the event..sampai ke dapur Ayu tuh..terharu betui..Famila, really hope that she can make it but she need to grab that real good job opportunity..Congrats to u!
